Order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, a couple of very fragile items arrived broken despite excellent packaging. Great customer service from April, who promptly sent out replacements which arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my order and friendly, helpful customer service. I will shop here again :)

I am a big fan of Chickidee, in particular their homeware. I have purchased many homeware items over the last few years and have always been pleased with them (and have received compliments from friends and family too!). I spoke to Chickidee support recently and they were quick to respond, friendly and very helpful.

It was good to be able to send an email and check the status of my order - and to receive a reassuring reply. Sure enough, my order arrived shortly afterwards.

Had a great experience. I normally dont write reviews, but I feel I owe one as the customer service person was amazing and put an extra effort to manually double check the color (subtle shade of white?) before posting. Now I have a great matching set at a bargain price. Love their designs, great value for money and customer service, will buy again whenever I see something nice.

April has to be the most patient customer service rep I have ever had to communicate with. April deserves the full 5 stars, but the whole experience is more like 4, which is why I've given it 4 stars, because it took a month, which is a long time- without warning. The site should really give caution that the leading time is 4-6 weeks. That being said- the products arrived well packaged and straight to use. Thank you, thank you, April. You deserve like a holiday on the company dime.

I am thrilled with everything I ordered and they arrived very well packaged. There was a little wait for them to arrive, so I emailed Customer Service to check when they would be dispatched. I received a very apologetic, speedy reply from April who kindly provided an update. The delay was completely understandable (due to the sale period and staff illness), and the loveliness of the products made it worth the wait! I’ve reordered several items in different colours/scents.

Bargain product!
Didn't hear from them for a week or so after ordering (hence only four stars) so I got a bit twitchy as I hadn't ordered from Chickidee before. Sent an email to chase my order up, got a response and a dispatch notification at the same time. Item arrived the next day and was exactly as advertised. Very happy customer.

We had our parcel delayed so I got in touch and the company had had some people sick which had knock on effects, which is completely understandable for a small business! We bought some crates but by the time we needed them we would have moved house, they happily changed my address and April was more than understanding and super helpfully. I will buy from here again - support small businesses!

If only we could leave 0 star reviews hopefully someone reads before buying of this company. Like all the other 1 star reviews have left shocking wait on dispatch time. No reply in inquiries as to where my order is. Disgusting customer service response. My advice is to shop elsewhere and save yourselves the headache.

I placed my order Dec 24th and payment was made immediately. It is now February 9th and I still haven’t received the goods. I have tried calling and have made contact by email and although I got a polite reply, I was given no information about when I might receive the goods and just asked to be patient!! Not a happy customer at all!

Excellent! I ordered some crates that are just perfect. Arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. They had a great sale on which slowed deliveries a bit but they responded immediately with a status when I asked for an update and the crates arrived a few days later. Will definitely order from them again.

Went from awful to great with super customer service from April.
My Xmas sale order was Terribly delayed due to their closedown etc etc but with everything else in the world going belly up I’m fairly sure I can wait patiently for a few candles … as long as I’m kept informed, and I was.
Super quality candles which burn for hours. 2nd chances always worth giving in my book..

Order still hasn't shown up. I asked after 2 weeks was told of delay due to Xmas. This should have been communicated in confirmation email. I understood tho and happily waited. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. They have already taken my money for the order to and now are taking their time to reply. Not good enough.

Hadn't realised orders were delayed (was advised it was mentioned on the website but I must have missed it). No matter, good communication after a quick request for an update. The items arrived today as informed. Very pleased with them! Well packaged and good quality items. Would shop here again.
